She cried out and thrashed as he shook her, eyes opening but unseeing. Definatly not a good idea to awake somone when they are having such a violent nightmare.
Unknowingly, unseeingly, she struck out at Silas, seeing no one there but that hated man.
"I will not!"
She cried out, eyes closing for a moment. When she opened them, Tiire blinked and grasped her head, gritting her teeth against the over-large headache that throbbed through her skull.
She placed her hand upon the towl that lay accross her throbbing headache, looked through hazy eyes up at Dima,
"Silas?"

"Yes... Silas..."
But he was suddenly at loss for words of comfort. After all, what could he say now that she was awake? Certainly not some of the things he'd said while she slept.
He took her hands in his again, and held them firmly, but gently, ignoring the pain in his chest and arm where she'd managed to strike him before he could dodge. But then there was the question of whether or not he would have dodged anyway. Most likely not-- it was doubtful that he would have left her side even if she decided to attempt at killing him.
A moment though, and he was down beside her again, one hand cupping her cheek, the other resting at the base of her neck. He himself could but close his eyes and rest his cheek on her forehead lightly, over the damp cloth, and breathe in its aroma itself. Sure, it made him lightheaded... but he could use it.

Tiire absently stroked Silas's hair, trying to comfort the man. What was so wrong? why did she feel so hot?
"hush, hush... its ok now..."
She gently patted his head, and held the ditraught elf close to her. What the hell had happened? she thought to herself, faint memories of a nightmare that had only recently passed receeding from her vision,
oh...
she remembered. She was leaving... in the pit of her stomach the feeling of nausia still boiled... unnaturally. She had not slept with anyone while being away from Silas, her feelings for him had been mixed but faithful.
So she wasnt pregnant. Then why the feeling? her urge to flee was subsiding slowly, as her fingers wove through his hair, her eyes slowly starting to slip closed again, feverish but unknown dreams flitting past her eyelids, unknown even to her.

"You're one to state that," he mumbled in slightest of forced humour.
"Tiire... Please listen to me," he managed after a few moments of silence as he watched her eyes begin to close slowly. "I don't want you to stay... Not if you don't want to. I want you to do what you think is best."
A sigh before continuing.
"If you plan to leave only for a short time, I ask you to maintain your promise of remaining faithful. But... if you would leave forever... as you seemed to plan to..." he paused agin, pulling away from her and simply gazing down at her again. "If you would leave forever... I remove my request. I want you to be happy...
"Don't get me wrong... I want you to stay. But I don't want you to stay if it is against your will. I just want you to... Do what you feel you need to do."

She looked up at Silas blearily and ran a shaky hand accross his cheek, then pulled herself up to place a gentle kiss on his lips. She loved those lips, the feel of him so close to her...
"You may want whats best for me, but It would tear you up inside if I left for even a day.... and it is I who do not want that for you..."
she layed back, her hand drifting up t her forhead with a groan. She had a huge fever and headache...
"I cannot stand it when you speak of me as if I am missing a leg or somthing... "I can ajust" and "We all have to try" I hate it Silas! I am no animal! I understand the words you speak, and they hurt.... "If I cannot ajust to her I dont know what I will do""
She looked away...
"You treat me with such pity and then weep like a raped virgin when I go to leave!"

His expression blurred quite suddenly. His eyes flashed with the familiar anger, shining brilliant blood red in the dull light of the room.
"I weep because you hurt," he growled, standing and glaring down at her. "Not because you try to leave. And if you don't want me to change for you, fine! But if you ask me, you're the one that's acting like I'm an animal. Fool woman you are!"
His hand, trembling, lifted, and he pointed out the window with obvious anger in his eyes still. Now his whole body trembled. He was trying to hold the rage back, he really was... But he couldn't hurt her. He wouldn't let himself...
"Go. Get out! You won't let me change for you while you stay, so I won't let you stay! All or nothing Tiire. You don't want to stay, but again you do. Tiire, if you choose to stay, you have to let me change for you! You obviously don't like the way I'm acting, so let me try! If you don't... there's no way!"

She tightened her hand on her head, his words where hurting her scalp. Even her own words had hurt, but his where loud and she trembled slightly in pain. must have hit a rock or somthing when she fell...
She barley had the ability to move much less fight him, but he was angering her so much...
"Damn you..."
he glared up at him, then shifted out of the bed, only now did it come apparent to the other in the room how shaky she was, and she wavered dangerously when standing.
"Damn you to the ninth hell and back, Silas!"
She tossed the cloth from her forhead onto the ground, feeling as if somone was beating her head in with a mace,
"I break any vow that might hold you to me now, but let you know this: I loved you. And you love me, but we are rom two different worlds! I was born and raised in the darkness, it is all I can do to keep up a cheery face!
Do you know how hard it is? no. Becouse you have never been there. You are a beaing of light. And it is that that keeps us from understanding! good bye."
She turned to walk out the door, using a wall for support, but the anger of her words gave her enough strenghth,
"And pray to your arse-licking gods I never see your face agin."
then she was gone. Out the door, but this time holding no regrets. None would find her, unless they had had close experience with drow and their stealth before.
She left a broken heart with a broken heart...

He knew her pain. Knew it by the way she leaned against the wall while walking out. And he shuddered violently, but could do nothing about it... Could only watch as she walked out of the room, disappearing down the hallway. His vision was blurred with mixed emotions of extreme anger, as was obvious in the blood-lust filled eyes... and a sadness unparallelled by anything.
Noo... She couldn't leave... He couldn't let her... She didn't want to leave any more than he wanted her to... She couldn't... But she had!
And she'd left the spider-armour, too. That cursed spider-armour, that held all memory of her real self inside. That sharding armour... Cursed pile of trash...
He slammed his foot angrily against it, then slung the first thing he could get to against the wall... one of the heavy chairs that sat by the round table that the tray of food and ale still sat on. It smashed to pieces and fell atop the armour.
"Oh Tiire..." A murmer, the softest of such. With that, he cried out to her in his thoughts.
He was a 'being of the light'. But at any word, he could have changed! Would have! And instead, she'd chosen to leave. Why? He would have followed at the word... truly would have. He knew she'd wanted to remain with him until his last words. He also knew that after that, she'd been filled with remorse, and cared naught any more. Knew she now did not regret leaving him. Could care less about him. And that she meant it when she said she never wanted to see his face again.
